Orders & Payments

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other valid reasons.
• If an order is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Accounts & Termination

• Customers may request account deletion at any time if they have no transaction history.
• If an account has completed transactions, it may be suspended but not permanently deleted, in order to comply with legal, accounting, and warranty obligations.
• Mr. Phone reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our policies, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses our services.

Warranty & Repairs

• Most products sold are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Please check the product description on our website to see whether the product includes a manufacturer’s warranty or if only a 7-day limited warranty applies. Warranty claims must follow the policies and procedures set by the manufacturer or supplier.
• In the case of a manufacturer defect, the item may be either exchanged or repaired, depending on the nature of the issue and the supplier’s policy.
• If a product does not include a stated manufacturer’s warranty, we offer a 7-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
• Warranty does not cover:
  • Physical damage
  • Signs of misuse
  • Exposure to water or other liquids
• Warranty claims may require:
  • Valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number)
  • Clear photos and/or videos of the defect sent via WhatsApp
